NORDOST SORT LIFT

The Sort Lift® is Nordost's most advanced cable support and is considered a benchmark in the high-end audio world. As the latest addition to the Sort System, its patented Floating Spring technology significantly enhances the sonic performance of speaker cables, power cables, and interconnects. This minimizes contact points with the floor and reduces disruptive surface effects – without negatively impacting the cables' natural resonance.

The Sort Lift® consists of two main components:

• Aluminium base: Stable and anodised, prevents electrostatic charges and protects the cable from electrical interference from the substrate.
• Floating Spring System: Flexible spring arms made of titanium alloy, coated with FEP – similar to Nordost cable technology. The spring-loaded support arms form an extended, resonance-friendly surface for the cable and ensure maximum decoupling.

Application :
Sort Lifts® are supplied in packs of two and should be placed 0.5 to 1 meter apart, depending on the cable type and its weight and flexibility. Although optimized for north-east-facing cables, all cable types audibly benefit from this placement.
